美聯社報導，一名熟悉情況的人士14日指出，美國職棒大聯盟(MLB)芝加哥小熊(Chicago Cubs)已經以1年600萬美元，簽下日本籍後援投手上原浩治(Koji Uehara)。
這位知情人士不願具名，因為這項交易尚未正式對外公布。
今年41歲的上原浩治過去4年效力於波士頓紅襪(Boston Red Sox)，2013年曾幫助紅襪擊敗聖路易紅雀(St. Louis Cardinals)，拿下世界大賽(World Series)冠軍。
上原浩治上個球季的50場出賽，繳出戰績2勝3敗、18中繼、7救援，防禦率3.45的成績。
上原浩治在大聯盟至今共8個球季，先後效力於巴爾的摩金鶯(2009-2011)、德州遊騎兵電動床評價(2011-2012)、波士頓紅襪(2013-2016)，戰績19勝22敗，防禦率2.53。
